By creating an account or using TARE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TARE.
Your Content
You own the tasting notes and photos you create. By using the app, you grant TARE a limited license to store and display that content to you across your devices. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TARE to upload illegal content, attempt to access other users’ data, or reverse-engineer or attack the service.
Promotions & Partner Offers
TARE may show optional promotions, vouchers, or offers from coffee shops and roasters. These are off by default and appear only if you enable them in Settings. Offers are fulfilled by the partner under the partner’s own terms; TARE is not a party to partner transactions and does not guarantee partner products or honor partner vouchers itself.
Service Availability
TARE is an independent project provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime or continued availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TARE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
